***** B R E N T I S T H E B E S T ****** Before my husband and I found Brent, finding the perfect home for us was absolutely impossible and dreadful to even think about. In fact we have wanted to move for many years, but didn’t want to rush into something or have the stress that buying and selling a home entails. I was so relieved when Brent took us under his wing and eased us through what could have been a very stressful time. Brent made us feel like we were his first and only priority. He listened closely to our needs, was flexible with our busy schedules and we never felt pressured or rushed. He was in constant communication with us and there was never a moment where he left us waiting or wondering what to expect. He always made time to show us homes we wanted to see and made us feel comfortable in asking questions about anything and everything. He made us feel welcome to call him at any time (which I did many times). He was so patient with us and is extremely knowledgable. His purchasing-process knowledge was very impressive with standard purchases, short-sales and foreclosures. He helped determine timelines for when we could expect responses when looking at bidding on properties. When Brent found us our dream home, he was proactive in negotiating a better deal for us. He was excited to get us the best price possible and In fact, got us more than we ever thought was attainable. Brent made us feel like we were truly valued through his honest, caring, advocacy and vast amount of time he spent with us. He was very professional, friendly, always had a positive attitude and we have and will continue to reccommended him to our friends and family. He made the process easy and helped us find the home that was PERFECT for us. HE IS TRULY THE BEST!!!!! Thanks for all you did Brent!
